Brettspielabend in der Sonderausstellung ColdWarGames

As part of the special exhibition ColdWarGames, the Allied Museum and the Computer Games Museum invite you to a board game evening featuring the game "Class Struggle." Participants will first receive an introduction to the special exhibition, which explores games and gaming cultures in the context of the Cold War.

Afterwards, visitors will have the opportunity to play a round of "Class Struggle" from 1980 and experience firsthand the social and political issues addressed in the game.

"Class Struggle" is a political board game from the 1970s/80s in which players embody different social classes. The starting social position is determined by dice rolls and—as in real life—is not freely chosen.

The game revolves around work, education, political participation, and social conflicts between capital and labor. The goal is to emerge victorious from the revolution.

Participation is free.
