Book launch and talk
Elsner's work takes in the whole world, in which there have always been processes of ascent and descent. As a professor of economics at the University of Bremen, Elsner has also held a visiting professorship in Changchun, China, since 2015. He knows the country first-hand and has dealt with its history in several publications.
