Children’s play "Malwina and the Strawberry Mushroom"

The sun shines warmly over the little allotment, but for Malwina, the delicate strawberry plant, things are slowly becoming uncomfortable. The heat sizzles on her leaves; she is terribly thirsty. Unfortunately, the gardener is on holiday – there’s no one there to water her! Her leaves are already beginning to wilt, and just when she’s in dire straits, Humperdick the caterpillar turns up. Humpe knows everything about the soil, the hidden world of mushrooms and their magical powers. Could a hidden strawberry mushroom perhaps help Malwina? Together with the audience, the two set off on a quest.

A story about friendship, the wonders of nature – and, of course, strawberries.

A musical, interactive theatre piece featuring song, drama and object theatre, brimming with fascinating facts about the mycelium network that interweaves everything.
