Saisonabschlusskonzert in der Waldbühne

A spectacular finale: The Berlin Philharmonic concludes its concert season at the Waldbühne with a dazzling display of dance, rhythm, and orchestral splendor.

The Berlin air is filled with the lively sounds of Csárdás and waltzes by Johann Strauss, complemented by a lascivious scene from Strauss’s opera Salome, the fairy-tale world of Stravinsky’s The Firebird, and the morbid charm of Ravel’s La Valse.

The evening’s special guest is violinist Augusti Hadelich, who will present two highly virtuosic concert pieces: Ravel’s Hungarian-inspired Tzigane and Pablo de Sarasate’s brilliant Carmen Fantasy.

At the podium is Daniel Harding, who has been associated with the Berlin Philharmonic for 30 years.
