For three days and nights, this historic site will be transformed into a stage for creative, courageous, and inclusive performing arts. The festival will explore Mozart's famous work, "The Magic Flute," and present new adaptations of his Secret Service opera.


The artists will explore this special place, which was once the heart of the GDR's men's order, and translate central themes from Mozart's work into the present. This creates a fascinating connection between past and present, highlighting the connection to the Stasi.


In addition to the impressive performances, the Stasi Records Archive offers the opportunity to explore the grounds, archive, and exhibitions on small, flexible tours on Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. These tours are spontaneous and offered on a demand-based basis—a great opportunity to learn more about the history and the site.

Anyone interested is invited to become part of this unique festival—a place for exchange, creativity, and reflection. Come along, experience the performances, and discover the history behind the scenes!
