From May 15th to 16th, 2026, Berlin will become the center of the accordion scene: The established Berlin Accordion Festival of the DHV's Berlin State Association will take place for the ninth time this year, drawing accordion fans from all over Germany to the capital.

Akkordeon Festival Berlin
Festival guests will have access to:
- hourly stage concerts featuring ensembles from Berlin and across Germany
- workshops with, among others, Matthias Matzke (accordion) and Axel Meier (drums/percussion)
- a family program featuring the "Klingendes Mobil" (Sounding Mobile), student recitals, and accordion quizzes
- A panel discussion on accordion construction methods and future prospects
- Video presentations and broadcasts
- Instrument and sheet music exhibition, accordion first aid, and much more
Day tickets, time-slot tickets, and family tickets, allow for individual customization of your stay.
In addition, evening concerts will take place on both nights starting at 8 p.m.—featuring, among others, students from the Hohner Conservatory Trossingen, the ArtAccA Project Orchestra, the LandesAkkordeonROCKester Berlin, and harmonica legend Marcos Coll.
Tickets are available via the Ticket Shop of the Berlin State Music Council.
