You’ll stage your creations, turn them into sculptures, dress up, and bathe your hand puppets in light and shadow. The space is yours, and the Berlinische Galerie will be your backdrop. You can slip into different roles, experiment, and create your own photo series. From this, you’ll develop a stop-motion film, because everything stays in motion—because anything is possible.
This is also true of the works of Hannah Höch (1889–1978). Her Dada puppets from 1916–1918 serve as inspiration for you, for it was with them that Hannah Höch began to play and transform herself in order to be different together.
On the last day, your work will be presented in the project space with a small exhibition opening.
