Labor der Traditionen – Verstreute Melodien
The AsianArt Ensemble sees itself as a "laboratory of traditions": In the "Scattered Melodies" series, the ensemble fuses traditional Asian and Western instruments into a dynamic world of sound in which intonation, color, and rhythm flow, transcending boundaries of time and space.
With works by composers such as Il-Ryun Chung, Myung-Sun Lee, and Dylan Lardelli, the ensemble offers an innovative, transcultural musical experience – immersive, challenging, and novel.
