Art Westend 2026

An invitation to an art walk with a personal touch

“Art Westend” sees itself as a community-focused art event.

Instead of visiting an anonymous gallery space, visitors encounter the works right where they were conceived and created. The artists are present throughout to discuss their techniques, inspirations and latest projects. This personal atmosphere offers an accessible yet in-depth insight into the Westend art scene, away from the established art districts.

The range of works on display is remarkable and reflects the creative diversity of the neighbourhood. The spectrum ranges from large-format paintings and striking graphite drawings to delicate collages, 3D objects, prints, artistically designed cards and small works on paper. In addition, impressive one-off handbags are on display, skilfully blurring the boundaries between art, craftsmanship and design.

The event is designed as an art walk.

All venues are situated in Berlin’s beautiful Westend neighbourhood, in the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, and are within easy walking distance of the Theodor-Heuss-Platz or Neu-Westend (U2) underground stations. The Georg Kolbe Museum and the Teufelsberg are located in the immediate vicinity.

The map guides guests through the leafy streets from one studio to the next.

The art walk can be tailored to suit individual preferences, is free of charge and is aimed at anyone who would like to experience the diversity of the Westend art scene up close.
