The Moabit Motet Choir is part of the Tiergarten Protestant parish and has its firm roots in the Heilandskirche Tiergarten, where it regularly takes part in church services. The choir places particular focus on performing the cantatas and oratorios of Johann Sebastian Bach as well as the a cappella works of composers such as Schütz, Schein, Mendelssohn Bartholdy and Brahms.



Works performed: Heinrich Schütz: Musical Exequien, Johann Sebastian Bach: Motet "Come, Jesus, come", cantata "Who only lets the good God rule"
