2nd Kaiserschmarrn Contest

Austria’s sweetest national dish will once again take center stage in 2026: Three top chefs will compete against each other in the legendary Kaiserschmarrn Contest. Defending champion Sebastian Frank, a two-star chef at Horváth, aims to defend his title from last year. He’ll be challenged by Nikodemus Berger, a Michelin-starred chef at Bonvivant and last year’s finalist, as well as by Lucas Huemer, executive chef at the Austrian Embassy in Berlin, who is entering the competition for the first time.

Important: To ensure that as many guests as possible can experience the Kaiserschmarrn Contest, the event will take place in two identical time slots. You can choose between 2:00–5:00 p.m. or 6:00–9:00 p.m. Both time slots can be booked via this ticket link. The program, chefs, and tastings are identical in both sessions.

Upon entry, all visitors will receive a personal ballot to vote for their favorite. The votes from both time slots will be tallied together at the end of the day to crown the winner of the 2026 FeelAustria Kaiserschmarrn Contest.

Throughout the event, guests will enjoy a selection of drinks—included in the price—inspired by Austrian culinary culture.
