Even the travelogues of the 19th century knew how to tell of the enticing, archaic otherness of Oriental dance, of the fascination of the supple movements to rousing sounds. The audience can be carried away by this magic from the Thousand and One Nights, by dancers who bring the Orient onto the stage in sparkling costumes.

10. Orientalische Nacht
The ensembles Amar Ellail and the solo dancers Carisma, Dina, Carola al Yamal will dance. The program is refined by the drum group Al-Samar. To round off the program, Al-Samar e.V. will also offer an Oriental buffet and finger food for a fee.
