Singing together, experiencing gospel: a week that brings people together
What happens when people with very different musical backgrounds spend a week singing together? At the 100% Gospel Workshop Berlin, led by the internationally renowned gospel and soul singer Ingrid Arthur, a choir is formed within just a few days – culminating in a concert programme that is performed together on stage.

From 5 to 10 October 2026, everyone is invited to be part of this special gospel week in Berlin-Dahlem. No prior experience is required; even those who have never sung in a choir before are welcome. The focus is on the joy of singing together, polyphonic gospel arrangements and the unique energy of gospel music. The singing will be predominantly in English, with Ingrid Arthur providing explanations in German where necessary.
The highlight of the week is the public closing concert ‘GLORIOUS live’ on Sunday, 11 October 2026, at 6 pm. The newly formed workshop choir will take to the stage alongside a live band and guest soloists Anita Michelle Jackson, Raymond Kevin Alford and Terrance LaCrie Kennedy.
