10 years of Mad Monkey Room

The Mad Monkey Room was the first of its kind and is therefore the birthplace of today’s new stand-up comedy scene. Stars such as Osan Yaran and Fabian Rommel hail from this very talent factory.

Today, the Mad Monkey Room remains the beating heart of the Berlin scene: seven days a week, everything revolves exclusively around stand-up comedy.

Two rooms allow for up to six shows in a single evening, ranging from open mics and mixed shows to solo acts. This is where newcomers take their first steps, experienced stand-up comedians hone their new jokes, and stars of the scene known throughout Germany regularly drop by. And what better way to celebrate this shared history than by bringing together, in a single evening, as many of the artists as possible who have been closely associated with the Mad Monkey Room from the very beginning?

So get ready for a stand-up comedy extravaganza! The line-up includes Kalle Zilske, Kristina Bogansky, Oliver Polak, Kawus Kalantar, Dominic Jozwiak, Philipp Uckel and many more. And there’ll be a surprise act or two popping in as well.
