Creative vegetarian cuisine

Founded in 2007, Cookies Cream in Mitte is considered a hotspot and pioneer among the capital's vegetarian restaurants and was awarded a Michelin star in 2018, which it holds to this day. The novel, experimental creations represent vegetarian cuisine at the highest level. The ambience is very stylish with the red benches in front of the white painted concrete walls and the open kitchen gives you views of the kitchen team at work. What started with the vision of taking vegetarian cuisine to a new level has become a comprehensive concept of a seasonally changing menu and regional suppliers. For example, most of the ingredients used come from a farm in Krielow, Brandenburg. For the cold times of the year, the restaurant keeps regional ingredients partly through the good old technique of canning.
