Creative vegetarian cuisine

Cookies Cream in Mitte is a hotspot and pioneer among the capital's vegetarian restaurants and was awarded a Michelin star since 2018.

The ever-changing experimental creations of the starred restaurant Cookies Cream, founded in 2007, stand for vegetarian cuisine at the highest level. The ambience is very stylish with the red benches in front of the white-painted concrete walls and the open kitchen gives you a view of the kitchen team at work. 

Patrick Ziegert has been the new head chef since 2026. Together with Viktor Gerhardinger, the new head of culinary development, he is shaping the future of Cookies Cream – with fresh energy and innovation, a high level of culinary expertise, and a keen sense of what has traditionally made this place so special.

What began with the vision of taking vegetarian cuisine to a new level has become a comprehensive concept consisting of a seasonally changing menu and regional suppliers. Most of the ingredients used come from a farm in Brandenburg. For the colder months of the year, the restaurant stocks regional ingredients, partly using the good old technique of preserving.
