With an area of 43 hectares and nearly 20,000 plant species, the Berlin Botanical Garden is not only the largest in Germany but also one of the most significant botanical gardens in the world. This historic garden, which is over 100 years old, has always held a special appeal—then as now.

On this guided tour, you’ll take a stroll through the unique grounds of the Berlin Botanical Garden.

The rolling phytogeographic gardens are in ever-changing bloom, and in the greenhouses you can marvel at tropical plants, ferns, and orchids. Depending on the season and weather, wonderful walking routes are selected, each one unique.
