Through workshops and digital offerings, participants learn simple, practical methods for finding peace, reducing stress, and recharging their energy. The focus is on practical exercises that can be easily integrated into daily life and help strengthen one’s well-being.
In addition to on-site events, “Pause im Park – to go” offers digital resources that can be used flexibly and regardless of location. Those who wish to delve deeper into the topics of mindfulness, experiencing nature, and resilience also have the opportunity to train as mindfulness ambassadors.
The workshops and exercises are led by Luisa Wolf. The project takes place in several Berlin parks and is aimed at anyone looking for new ways to create mindful breaks in their daily routine and rediscover nature right on their doorstep.
