Step into the beautiful blue world of cyanotype—one of the oldest and simplest methods of photographic printing.

The blue images created using the cyanotype printing process captivate viewers with their unique atmosphere and expressiveness. This technique is ideal for artistically capturing natural finds such as leaves, branches, flowers, feathers, or moss. Through this simple printing process, the objects cast white shadows against a deep blue background.

In this workshop, we’ll explore Spreepark together, collect suitable materials, and use them to create our own cyanotypes.

Small drawings or even paper cutouts can also be incorporated into the works, adding extra depth and imagination.

The workshop is suitable for everyone, including beginners in drawing or cyanotype. Feel free to bring a piece of newspaper to help transport the prints more easily after the workshop.
