You can book free time slot tickets and all other tickets on this website: Tickets & Dates
Are there any important rules for visitors?
Yes, the house rules apply. You can view them here: 49h ICC House rules
Do I need a ticket for my visit?
Yes, a free time-slot ticket is mandatory.
In addition, there will be program elements that require paid tickets.
How can I book tickets for the event?
You can book free time slot tickets and all other tickets via the ticket button ‘Tickets & Dates’ on this website.
Admission is only possible with a valid time-slot ticket. One ticket is required per person – this applies to both adults and children. The ticket will be scanned at the entrance. Should there be any waiting time, the ticket remains valid.
Demand is high and tickets may sell out quickly. If your preferred time slot is unavailable, we recommend checking again later. If new ticket contingents or leftover tickets become available, we will announce this via visitBerlin’s social media channels and the official website. All information can be found on this website.
To ensure as many people as possible can visit the ICC, the stay is limited to 1.5 hours – in addition to the time required for booked activities such as guided tours or workshops. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
How much do the tickets cost?
Tickets for visiting the ICC are free of charge. For security reasons, a time-slot ticket must be booked. In addition to the free time-slot tickets, paid tickets will be available for specific activities such as eyewitness tours and photo walks.
Do I need to print the tickets?
We recommend carrying the tickets digitally on your phone. The QR code can be scanned directly from your smartphone.
Can I return or cancel a booked ticket?
Unfortunately, booked tickets cannot be returned or canceled – regardless of ticket type.
Example:
If you first book a free time-slot ticket and later decide to purchase a paid offer (e.g. a guided tour), the previously booked (free) ticket cannot be returned or canceled.
Important:
This has no negative consequences. You are, of course, still allowed to participate in the paid tour – even if the free time-slot ticket is unused. The paid ticket also entitles you to a general visit to the ICC beyond your booked program.
If a program must be canceled or ended early due to safety-related reasons – such as smoke, technical issues, or building hazards – we will do our best to offer an appropriate solution (e.g. rescheduling or replacement). However, no refund claims apply.
Thank you for your understanding.
Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, food and drinks will be available for purchase inside the building.
Will there be a cloakroom?
No, there is no cloakroom or storage for coats or other personal items.
Can I attend with children? From what age do children need a ticket?
