If I need to cancel the group trip, how much notice do I have to give?
The payment and cancellation terms follow the policies of the group accommodation booked. Cancellation policies for charter coaches and boats are similarly directly available from our service partners. Tour guides can be cancelled at no cost up to 72 hours before the tour is due to start. Tickets are not subject to cancellation.

Tour guides can be booked directly in Berlin against receipt or booked and paid for in advance. Tickets are paid directly through visitBerlin.
