Playgrounds in the Tiergarten

Sightseeing and running around

Walks in the Tiergarten can be combined with a visit to a number of attractions, such as the Victory Column, for example. On the huge playground in the park on John-Foster-Dulles-Allee, children have a 3,000 square metres play area. There are lots of facilities for climbing and games and plenty of benches where parents can rest and relax. The playground is surrounded by trees that provide welcome shade in the summer. The climbing castle with its turrets, bridges, and a climbing net offers plenty of scope for moving around.

For young and old

There's also the attraction of a long slide, a big car to see-saw in, table tennis and plenty of sand for digging. Children can test their agility on the cable way and the rope pyramid. For toddlers, there's a separate bottle area and several swings. In the immediate vicinity of the playground there are also grassy lawns for resting on or playing badminton, football and other games. The Tiergarten playground can be accessed directly from John-Foster-Dulles-Allee. Open all year round, free admission
