On the first weekend of Advent, a festive train will run through Berlin’s Wuhlheide – which we hope will be covered in snow.

St Nicholas will also be making an appearance on both days. He’ll be bringing a surprise for the young passengers, and at Eichgestell station there’ll be children’s punch or hot chocolate waiting for them. For the grown-up passengers, there’ll be mulled wine, which is also included in the ticket price.
- Tickets cost 15 euros for children and 13 euros for adults.
- Booking is essential for these journeys.
