The garden at Haus am Waldsee is a place to meet, relax and enjoy art. On Community Garden Day, Haus am Waldsee invites neighbours, friends, families and anyone else who’s interested to explore and tend the garden together with the Haus am Waldsee team.

Together, everyone can work in the garden, prepare it for winter and get to know one another. You’re welcome to come and go as you please!
Free short guided tours will take you around the garden – exploring its plants, its history and the artworks within. In a workshop, participants will work together to create a ‘harvest blanket’ from leaves. Under the fruit trees in the front garden, juice will be pressed from the garden’s apples and then tasted on the spot.
Anyone wishing to contribute apples and pears from their own garden is very welcome to bring them along. Together, we’ll round off the autumn garden day by the fire pit with punch and tea.
- As a thank-you for their hard work, all volunteers will receive free entry to the Peter Wächtler exhibition on the day. Ständig.
