A glass of New Year’s sparkling wine – what would a holiday be without its traditions? All those little rituals that are only carried out on certain days, making those days something special? What would New Year’s Eve be without setting off fireworks, pouring molten lead and eating pancakes?

And so, once again this year, everyone will be embracing each other right on the stroke of midnight and wishing: ‘A Happy New Year!’ But not without a cracking cultural programme to kick things off.

We present the perfect package for your New Year’s Eve: a fairy-tale programme at 9.30 pm at the Glaspalast, a performance of *Dinner for One* at 11 pm – in a performance with cult potential, starring Carsta Zimmermann as James and Roger Jahnke as Miss Sophie – at the Pfefferberg Theatre, and a glass of sparkling wine to toast the stroke of midnight!

  • 9.30 pm ‘Rapunzel | The Hare and the Hedgehog’ at the Glaspalast
  • 11.00 pm ‘Dinner For One’ in the theatre auditorium

Well then: Cheers!

Admission from 14 years of age.
