Nora Borkenhagen – Bo and the First Bite (ages 6 and over)
“Being a vampire is awful!” thinks Bo, the vampire child who doesn’t want to bite anyone. Together with Maushettar, the cemetery mouse, and Faida, the angel statue, Bo searches for a way to escape his biting instinct.
In her comic debut, Nora Borkenhagen captivates readers with imaginative characters and illustrations brimming with life and atmosphere. Above all, however, she succeeds in offering a humorous and heart-warming exploration of what it means to be different.
