The Brave Little Tailor
What do you do with a bloke who heroically kisses the dragon awake and kills the princess? A person who twists everything around, causes chaos and, without even realising it, occasionally topples governments?
There’s only one solution: put him up for auction!
The Brave Little Braggart: Male, mid-30s, approx. 1.85 m tall, house-trained and low-maintenance!
A man full of surprises and bursting with energy. A man who turns life into a pure adventure! Treat yourself to the luxury of total anarchy, and come and collect him here and now at Märchenberg! Three, two, one: he’s yours!
The Hare and the Hedgehog
The quintessential classic, the original Grimm. This is how the brothers Jacob and Wilhelm taught us to turn their fairy tales of lies into reality through play: using two actors, a stage no bigger than a beer mat, and a great love of literal detail. The original text is as sacred as the Bible and to be taken as seriously as a Shakespearean epic. What’s written there is to be regarded as strict stage directions, even – and especially – when the hare races the hedgehog for a full 73 laps. Who plays the hedgehog woman? And how, pray tell, does one credibly fall for the same cheap trick 73 times? Well, quite simply: with the help of the audience and with the greatest of pleasure – yes, they swear to it: Grimm-style on Fairy Tale Hill!
- School performance for children aged 4 and over
