The Hexenberg Ensemble brings ‘Cinderella’ and ‘Puss in Boots’ to the stage with plenty of humour, imagination and fairy-tale charm – an entertaining theatre experience for school groups.

Cinderella:
‘Always be good and always be kind. And I’ll always be there for you.’ Always. Always. Always. A promise of happiness given to a child by her mother, but one that is never kept. Instead, the child discovers a world that simply does not live up to her basic trust and sense of justice. And yet she refuses to let her spirit be broken and fights for her promise of happiness. Forever!
Puss in Boots
‘… but the third one got nothing but a hangover.’ Where on earth is the happy ending here? Not a chance! For this, in fact, is the fairy tale about ourselves: to create the greatest possible theatre with almost no resources, humble in the author’s sense and selfless in the service of the audience – this has always been the concept.
