A story about sleep, loosely based on Gerd Prokop, for lively children aged 3 and over; duration approx. 45 minutes

. On a particularly quiet evening, when not a sound could be heard –
no cars, no aeroplanes – and even Grandad Josef had gone out,
a terrible noise suddenly boomed through the house.
“What was that?” cried the lamp, the alarm clock and the cat in horror.
It was the bed, tossing and turning so violently that the whole house shook.
It simply couldn’t sleep. What was to be done?
