Everything is changing; much of what seemed self-evident just yesterday is being cast aside. As a 63-year-old man with a penchant for comfort, Stefan Jürgens knows the challenges of breaking away from old habits.
Here stands a man on stage who is very familiar with the trials and tribulations of everyday life, yet who does not shy away from the grandest of emotions. His songs are hymns to life; they move and inspire his audience, instilling confidence and a zest for life.
At the piano, Jürgens is accompanied by guitarist Matthias Kahra, who infuses the minimalist arrangements with a pulsating heartbeat.
