Fabrics and textiles are materials that everyone is familiar with and comes into contact with every day. Yet many have lost the habit of nurturing a close relationship with their clothes. Elena Polzer invites everyone to come together and take up an old, everyday activity: mending and repairing clothes.

Uferstudios
In a relaxed atmosphere, participants can refurbish items of clothing. This isn’t about a service, but about actively creating a space for mindful engagement — with colours, textures and tactile sensations.
A wide range of materials will be provided, and you can join in at short notice without needing to bring your own clothes.
- No prior experience is necessary.
- Support is available in spoken German and English, as well as in German Sign Language.
