Radio Drama Under the Starry Sky: Sherlock Holmes and the Mystery of the White Ribbon

For decades, Dr Watson kept this case under wraps because the events were so incredibly shocking that they even put the master detective Sherlock Holmes himself in grave danger. Sherlock Holmes himself was accused of murder. But it soon transpires that this accusation is part of a vast conspiracy.

It all begins on a cold November day in 1890 when an elegantly dressed gentleman turns up at 221b Baker Street and asks the detective for help. He feels he is being followed by a man whom he recognises as the sole survivor of an American gang of criminals that was broken up in Boston with his help.

Is this man seeking revenge on him? Is that why he has followed him across the Atlantic? Yet not even Sherlock Holmes, despite his exceptional skills, can initially find a clear lead in wintry London. Only a white ribbon on the wrist of a murdered street urchin might point him in the right direction.
