Set foot on the island if you dare: ‘Prison Island’s Horror Story’ brings a spine-chilling prison experience to Berlin

This Halloween, Prison Island Berlin will put you to the ultimate test: from 17 October, Prison Island’s horror story will come to life after dark at Tauentzienstraße 8.

For a limited time only and on selected evenings, the ghosts of former prisoners will return as soon as the lights go out at 7 pm.

Teams must face physical, mental and strategic challenges, doing everything in their power to survive the night.

Produced by the immersive entertainment specialists Make It Now and presented by Fever, the global platform for live entertainment, Prison Island is transformed into an eerie world on Halloween, where guests themselves become part of the story.

From 16 October, darkness will descend upon Prison Island on selected evenings. Eerie sounds echo through the corridors as the ghosts of former prisoners return to their cells. The question is no longer whether the teams can conquer the cells, but whether they can survive the horror.

Yet ‘Horror Story’ is far more than just an ordinary haunted maze. Behind the prison doors, more than 30 cells await, each featuring varied challenges testing strength, strategy, speed and dexterity. Teams of two to five players have 60 minutes to choose their own path to victory. They move from cell to cell and decide for themselves which challenges to take on.

Every challenge they master earns them points, every decision shapes the experience, and every team pursues the same goal: to conquer as many cells as possible and climb the leaderboard. But during Horror Story, the challenges in the cells aren’t the only thing the teams have to prepare for.

The highlights of Horror Story:

• The prisoners are back: Ghostly prisoners roam the prison. They appear when the teams least expect them, bringing the story of Prison Island’s Horror Story to life after dark.

• The cells by night: The cells remain the same, but an eerie atmosphere descends upon the prison. Subdued lighting and terrifying sounds engage multiple senses.

• Survive the night: Teams must rely on communication, strategy and their memory as they attempt to overcome the challenges whilst facing unexpected, menacing obstacles.

• A new horror every night: No two nights are the same, as live performers and unpredictable encounters take centre stage. No one knows what – or who – will appear next.

• For a limited time only: Prison Island’s Horror Story is a limited-time experience. Guests can only enter the haunted prison whilst the ghosts are still roaming… at their own risk.
