Based on the story by Astrid Lindgren

How on earth can adults be so clueless? Is it really that hard to understand how mean older siblings can be, how you feel after a terrible nightmare, and that woollen jumpers are incredibly itchy?

Lotta is so angry and disappointed that she decides to move into her neighbour’s loft and never come back. Everything seems much more exciting at Aunt Berg’s anyway.

Lotta experiences the euphoria of self-determination, but also a longing for security. And what can adults actually do differently to make children feel taken seriously?

This retelling of the famous Astrid Lindgren story is musical from start to finish and inspires empathy for all those involved.
