First, you’ll explore the sunlit day side of the Earth before moving on to the dark night side, which is illuminated by the many lights of the big cities. What is there to discover on our home planet when viewed from an altitude of 10,000 km?
The journey continues to our nearest neighbour: the Moon. Following in the footsteps of the astronauts, we’ll explore its deep craters and the dark spots that we can also see from Earth. You’ll also learn about the different phases of the Moon. From the Moon, you’ll fly on into the depths of our solar system and discover the orbits of the planets together. At the final stop on this space mission, things really heat up: you’ll visit the Sun, a real star, and marvel at its glowing surface up close. Afterwards, the spaceship heads back to Earth and lands safely at the Zeiss Grand Planetarium.
Look forward to a fascinating journey of discovery through our solar system!
