Guided tour for families with children aged 6 and over
Come along to Charlottenburg Palace! This is where people not only lived, but also celebrated. As you make your way through magnificent rooms and grand halls, you’ll talk about celebrations in palaces and about Christmas in the royal family.

During the guided tour, which lasts about an hour, many questions will be answered: What presents were given and who brought them? What was served? How did people decorate their homes? And why do we celebrate Christmas in the first place?
At the end of this journey back in time, you’ll hear a Christmas fairy tale or sing a Christmas carol together.
Please note: The guided tours on 30 November and 14 December are specifically aimed at families with children. On the other two Sundays in Advent, guided tours for adults are available.
- The programme can be booked for groups from Tuesday to Thursday during Advent.
