TRANCE & RHYTHM, performed by Anna Carewe (cello) and Oli Bott (vibraphone), brings together songs, dances and works from the classical and jazz repertoires spanning the 14th to the 21st centuries: Ciconia, Ortiz, Bach, Grieg, Satie, Ligeti, Ellington, Gillespie, Jobim.

It is a musical tapestry of lively, passionate and trance-like music from cultures and eras rich in contrast.

Anna Carewe and Oli Bott play music without boundaries: serious music, light music, early music, contemporary music, compositions and improvisations. They blur the boundaries between genres and eras, enticing the audience to enjoy new sounds and rediscover familiar ones.
The duo have already performed at festivals such as the Beethovenfest Bonn and the Musikfest Stuttgart, and in concert halls such as the Philharmonie Berlin and the Concertgebouw Amsterdam.
In 2019, they released their first CD, *Timescapes*, on GLM Music, and in 2024 their latest CD, *Trance & Rhythm*, on Hänssler Classic.
