Having found reason in the first part, Tabaluga now embarks on another fantastical journey.
A long, long time ago, dragons once lived and, with the warmth of their fire, protected the world from the cold of the ice. But over time, the ice began to destroy all living things. Arktos, a dreadful snowman, is determined to cover the world in ice. The old dragon Tyrion wishes to prepare his young son Tabaluga for his predestined task of protecting the world. But to do so, Tabaluga must find the True Fire, for only then can he put an end to Arktos’s schemes. Tabaluga has the support of a magician, and the dragon now sets off to find the fire. Tabaluga faces many dangers, such as the spider-woman Tarantula, but also discovers wonderful things. In this way, Tabaluga learns that the world, with all its good and evil, is a marvellous place and worth saving. Arktos wants to prevent Tabaluga from fulfilling his destiny and creates a beautiful creature out of pure ice: a girl called Lilli. Lilli’s sole task is to distract Tabaluga from his quest for the True Fire. Just as Arktos planned, Tabaluga falls in love with Lilli, but through this he discovers a great and beautiful power: love.
The well-known hits, including those by Peter Maffay, offer top-class musical entertainment for boys and girls aged four and over, and for anyone who wants to reawaken their inner child.
