Attuned in the Bantutronic
Julianknxx is looking forward to presenting ‘Attuned in the Bantutronic’ at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt. This special performance delves into the world of Bantutronic, a genre created by Julianknxx, THABO and a community of musicians and vocalists, which also serves as a worldview. Together, they explore the beauty of Bantu culture, whilst also developing and expressing it further.
Through live music, poetry and discussions, the event unpacks the founding narratives of Africa and Bantu languages, bringing them into dialogue with contemporary sounds and voices.
