silent green presents

Faitiche returns to silent green to present two solo acoustic sets: Ulla will perform a set consisting exclusively of acoustic instruments for the first time. Martin Brandlmayr will present a new electroacoustic solo work for an ensemble of spatially distributed percussion instruments.

Ulla

Ulla lives and works as a musician and composer in Berlin and is known for complex, resonant ambient compositions—characterized by an ethereal blend of gliding electronic sounds and electroacoustic textures that open up intimate and spectral soundscapes.

Ulla’s latest work, *Hometown Girl*, released under the alias U.e. on her own label 28912, marks a departure from her earlier electroacoustic and digital compositions and turns toward a more acoustically oriented approach—featuring clear-sounding guitar, woodwinds, and piano. For *Temple of Faitiche*, Ulla will present, for the first time, a set consisting exclusively of acoustic instruments.

Martin Brandlmayr

Martin Brandlmayr works in the realm between improvisation and composition, as well as at the intersection of electronic and acoustic soundscapes. As a drummer, he is known for his distinctive style, which combines experimental methods and extended playing techniques with elements of groove. Since the mid-1990s, he has been exploring the instrument’s hidden sounds and tonal aspects, resulting in a unique playing style characterized by rhythmic and tonal precision.
