Familienkonzert: Karneval der Tiere (mit Ballett)

Before “The Carnival of the Animals” begins, the instruments are introduced, and guests of all ages are invited to guess which animals are being portrayed.

This humorous and varied stage production combines music, dance, and drama into a special family experience. At the end, Camille Saint-Saëns’ masterpiece comes to life in an imaginative staged performance featuring 50 young dancers, the piano duo Helene Zehender and Johannes Storch, and the Unter den Linden Chamber Orchestra.

The production is a collaboration between the “Leo Borchard” Music School in Steglitz-Zehlendorf and the Zehlendorf Ballet and Dance Studio, under the direction of Franziska Rengger.
