What happens when the pages of a book come to life? Bring your favorite story or choose one from our collection. In this stop-motion animation workshop, you’ll work with director Martina Saková to bring your own characters to life.

16:00 - 17:00: Reading for children (ages 4 and up):
Translator Mirko Kraetsch will read the story “Greta” by Andrea Gregušová and Nastia Sleptsova. It’s about a whale singer who loses her voice. The children and their adult companions will learn about the lives of whales and the protection of the oceans, and will gain a playful insight into the Slovak language.
