On October 7 and 8, 2026, Parloa will bring together more than 700 executives and experts from the fields of enterprise AI and customer experience at Berlin’s Wilhelm Studios for WAVE.

WAVE 2026
The English-language conference will focus on how companies can transition artificial intelligence from pilot projects to productive and scalable deployment. More than 30 speakers will provide insights into concrete AI roadmaps, successful use cases, and the latest developments in the field of agentic customer experience.
The program includes keynotes, case studies, hands-on masterclasses, and opportunities for professional networking. Announced speakers include Malte Kosub from Parloa, Laura Modiano from OpenAI, Ciro Julius Ferraiuolo from IKEA, Natasja Meeuwisse from Booking.com, and Christian Weinkauf from PAYBACK. The conference will be conducted primarily in English.
