Together with choreographers Thomas Kunfira and Meier Eden, they’re embarking on a creative experiment and discovering movement as their very own universal language.
At the heart of the project is the idea that hip-hop, breakdancing, and acrobatics don’t require rigid rules—what’s needed is openness, creativity, and the courage to express oneself. Everyone contributes their own skills and perspectives to the artistic process.
There is a special focus on inclusion: Different physical abilities, cultural backgrounds, and personal stories are seen here as enriching. Through guided improvisations and group exercises, a safe space is created where all participants are seen and heard. This breaks down barriers and strengthens the sense of belonging.
The project thrives on collaborative work. The young people develop ideas, experiment with movements, and build on them. The focus is not on perfection, but on connection, expression, and mutual support. In this way, dance builds self-confidence and fosters empathy.
Everyone is cordially invited to the presentation on September 18. The event will showcase not only the final choreography but, above all, the diversity and vitality of this shared process.
