World Diabetes Day
Two years ago, the two well-established patient events—“Milestones in Modern Diabetology” and the scientific lectures for “World Diabetes Day”—were merged into a single event format under the patronage of the Federal Ministry of Health.

Veranstaltung Meilensteine der modernen Diabetologie
The goal is to offer people with diabetes and their families a central platform for information, exchange, and interaction.
Visitors can expect a comprehensive program featuring informative presentations by renowned experts. On three stages, current topics such as diabetes and obesity, nutrition, artificial intelligence, modern diabetes technologies, and other developments in diabetology will be presented in a patient-centered manner. Following the presentations, there will be ample opportunity for questions and direct discussion. A concluding panel discussion rounds out the program.
This free information event in the heart of Berlin also offers the chance to engage with the diabetes community and learn about the latest products, therapies, and innovations at the exhibition booths of industry partners. People with all types of diabetes, their family members, and anyone interested in the topic are invited to attend.
