How the city rallies work
At the start of the guided city rally through Berlin, the guide divides the school class into several small teams. The groups then compete against one another, earning valuable points by solving exciting challenges. During the approximately two-hour city tour, the pupils discover Berlin’s most famous sights and are given repeated opportunities to work together to overcome the challenges set. Team spirit, creativity and concentration are essential – because in the end, the team with the most points wins and gets to take home a small winner’s trophy. The guided city rally is the ideal activity for school groups, school trips to Berlin and a varied learning experience outside the classroom.
City Rally
Pupils discover Berlin’s most important sights in an interactive way. The tour, lasting around two hours, leads from Potsdamer Platz via the Brandenburg Gate to the Reichstag building. Along the way, participants learn interesting facts about the Third Reich, the Berlin Wall and Berlin as today’s federal capital. As they go, the teams solve a variety of tasks and collect points – team spirit and concentration are essential.
Highlights of the city rally include Potsdamer Platz with its modern architecture, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag building and the German Bundestag, the Holocaust Memorial, the Berlin Wall and its remaining sections, as well as the parliamentary and government district.

Government Quarter Rally
On this guided city rally, pupils explore the political heart of Germany and learn interesting facts about the German Bundestag, the Federal Government and Berlin’s Government District. The tour, which lasts around two hours, leads from the Brandenburg Gate through the parliamentary and government district to the Reichstag building. Along the way, the teams collect points, complete a variety of tasks and get to know the most important locations in German politics in an entertaining way.
Highlights of the city rally include the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag building and the German Bundestag, the Federal Chancellery, the Parliamentary and Government Quarter, the Paul Löbe House and the Jakob Kaiser House, the ARD’s capital studio, the European Union Representation and the historic Spree Bridge, a symbol of reunification.

Berlin Wall Rally
The pupils will receive fascinating information from the city guide about the history of the Berlin Wall at authentic locations and learn more about the division of Germany and everyday life along the inner-German border. The tour, which lasts around two hours, follows the Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Straße to Nordbahnhof. Along the way, the teams complete a variety of tasks, collect points and discover significant sites in Berlin’s contemporary history.
Highlights of the city rally include the Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Straße, the Berlin Wall Visitor and Documentation Centre, remnants of the Wall, the Hinterland Wall and the former watchtower, sites of successful and failed escape attempts, the Chapel of Reconciliation, the ‘Window of Remembrance’ and the exhibition on the ‘ghost stations’ at Nordbahnhof.

Kreuzberg Rally
This guided city rally for school groups in Berlin combines a varied city tour with exciting puzzles and team challenges. You’ll explore the multicultural district of Kreuzberg, learn about its history, street art and local culture, whilst the teams work together to collect points. The tour, lasting around 2 hours, takes you through the heart of Kreuzberg and showcases the district’s diversity – from historic sites and lively streets to impressive urban art. During the rally, the teams solve a variety of tasks and experience Berlin from a whole new perspective.
Highlights of the city rally include the Kreuzberg Museum, Oranienplatz, Oranienstraße with its trendy shops and cafés, Rio-Reiser-Platz, street art and large-scale murals, the Maschari Centre with its mosque and community centre, as well as fascinating courtyards and typical Kreuzberg neighbourhoods.

End: Görlitzer Bahnhof underground station

Changes to the number of participants, rebookings and cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rally; after that, the full price must be paid.
