Theatrical tour of the former Borsig factory grounds

Experience history in a whole new way. “The Borsig Conspiracy” is a theatrical journey through public spaces. It tells the story of this famous company in Tegel. Borsig was once the world’s second-largest manufacturer of steam locomotives.

The year is 1931. The company is on the verge of bankruptcy. Playing the role of investors, participants inspect the site and evaluate the possibility of a takeover. A shopping center, brownfield sites, and industrial warehouses become the venues for this unusual journey of discovery.

The Borsig Conspiracy is part of the Berlin Industrial Heritage Festival.

The Berlin Industrial Heritage Festival offers you the chance to experience the city in a whole new way. From 12 September to 4 October, around 100 events will bring the visible and invisible heritage of industrialisation to life.

The tour is part of the Berlin Industrial Heritage Festival.
