What happens when women write honestly about life? When they talk about loss, motherhood, fear, shame, longing, aging, love, identity, or the moments that change us?

The anthology “Women Write About Life – Volume 1” (2025) brings together stories by women of different ages, with diverse backgrounds, life paths, and experiences. The texts are uncomfortable, humorous, or harrowing, but they all showcase the diversity of female perspectives on life.

On this evening, authors Katharina Wojan, Olga Schierhorn, and Ruth Kaiser will read their texts from the anthology. The stories are uncomfortable, humorous, or harrowing, but all three showcase the diversity of female perspectives on life and what happens when people have the courage to reveal themselves.
