Have you heard of breathwork or conscious breathing but aren’t quite sure what it entails? This workshop invites you to discover the powerful effects of your own breath.

Breathing isn’t just an automatic process—it’s a tool that can be used at any time to reduce stress, gain clarity, and restore inner balance.

In addition to a brief introduction to the basics of breathwork, we’ll practice techniques suitable for everyday use that can be applied immediately—no prior experience required.
