School orchestras, jazz ensembles, and rock and pop bands from Berlin are invited to participate in this four-day festival.
Berlin schoolchildren are invited to join the audience to listen and cheer on the ensembles as they make what is often their first appearance at the Berlin Philharmonie.
At the Vokalhelden sing-along concert, all elementary school children in the hall become singers.
