Accessibility

The permanent exhibition “Flight in a Divided Germany” and all seminar rooms are designed to be accessible and are easily accessible for people with mobility impairments or in wheelchairs. An elevator is available.

Assistive Devices and Support

Mobile seating can be borrowed at the information desk. Additionally, guided tours can be conducted using group tour systems.

Restrooms and Baby-Changing Facilities

An accessible restroom is available. A changing table is also provided. For more information, please visit the information desk.

Service dogs

Assistance dogs are permitted in all areas of the memorial site.

Bringing medication

Medication bags may be brought into all exhibition and event spaces.
